Time Scale

Suggested delivery times vary but from our experience the average delivery ranges between 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Current dispatch time is approx 2 working days from ordering.

Purchases made on a Friday or over the weekend will normally be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

We will email you as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Where can we deliver to?

We Deliver to the UK only.
If you are purchasing as a gift we can deliver directly to the recipient, or of course we can deliver straight to yourself.

Favour Delivery Information

Favour Bags -  made to order so please allow at least 5 days for dispatch.
Favour Boxes -  made to order so please allow at least 7 days for dispatch.
B'Jewelled Favours - made to order please allow at least 3 weeks for dispatch.

If you have also ordered any other items, these will be dispatched at the same time as your favours, unless ordered as a new separate order with additional postage paid.

 

Additional Information

Payments
We use Paypal for secure online payments.
You can pay by credit or debit card. You do not need to register for Paypal or have a Paypal account to use this service. Just select 'checkout as a guest' and pay by credit/debit card on the Paypal payment page.

Failed Deliveries
If you refuse a parcel or fail to collect a delivery after reasonable attempts have been made to deliver it, to you or the recipient and the parcel is returned to us, we will charge you an additional £6.00 to cover these costs.

Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want our customers to be delighted with their purchase. However, we acknowledge there may be occasions when it may be necessary to return an item. Should this happen you must inform us by email within seven working days and return the item/s with all the packaging and labels attached and in an unused condition. In the case of gift boxes all items must be returned intact and unused in the box with packaging and labels attached.


Please note, you are responsible for covering the costs of returning the goods to us unless faulty.

A refund with be issue upon their safe return and provided the above conditions have been met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post, we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged whilst in transit.
